<strong>A<strong>de</strong>noma</strong> <strong>Pleomorfo</strong> <strong>de</strong> Glándulas <strong>Salivales</strong> <strong>Menores</strong>biopsia excisional con margen <strong>de</strong> segurida<strong>de</strong>n un solo tiempo quirúrgico.Estas diferencias se <strong>de</strong>ben a que generalmenteen el paladar suelen encontrarse célulastumorales en la cápsula o la cápsulaes incompleta, estos nidos <strong>de</strong> célulasneoplásicas que perforan la cápsula, se creeque forman nuevos focos tumorales. Si serealiza enucleación simple <strong>de</strong>l tumor pue<strong>de</strong>nno eliminarse completamente estos focosdando pie a posibles recidivas. Por lotanto la resección <strong>de</strong>l a<strong>de</strong>noma pleomorfo<strong>de</strong> paladar <strong>de</strong>biera ser mucoperióstica conmargen <strong>de</strong> seguridad, y posterior a unabiopsia insicional que nos <strong>de</strong> el diagnósticohistopatológico. Por otro lado, el tratamiento<strong>de</strong>l a<strong>de</strong>noma pleomorfo <strong>de</strong> labio ymucosa oral es la biopsia excisional conmargen <strong>de</strong> seguridad. Mediante estas técnicasla recidiva <strong>de</strong>biera ser menor al 5%.Nos parece <strong>de</strong> importancia para el odontólogogeneral saber <strong>de</strong>tectar y <strong>de</strong>rivar estaslesiones, ya que la mayor parte <strong>de</strong> las vecesson estos los que las <strong>de</strong>tectan en unaprimera instancia.Referencias Bibliográficas1.
