INFLUÊNCIA DO TREINAMENTO NO SIMULADOR DE
VOO DA AERONAVE C-95 NA FASE DE ADAPTAÇÃO DOS
PILOTOS DE TRANSPORTE DA FORÇA AÉREA BRASILEIRA

presente pesquisa teve por objetivo identificar a influência do treinamento no simulador
A de voo da aeronave C-95 na fase de adaptação dos pilotos de transporte da Força Aérea
Brasileira. O embasamento teórico foi obtido à luz da teoria de ensino-aprendizagem de Gagné
(1977), e da obra de Garland, Hopkin e Wise (1999) acerca dos simuladores de voo. Esta pesquisa
foi descritiva, pois estabeleceu uma relação entre o treinamento no simulador e a atividade
aérea. No que diz respeito aos procedimentos técnicos, foi de caráter documental, pois os dados
analisados foram retirados dos arquivos do 1º/5º GAv. Para conduzir a pesquisa foram analisadas
as fichas de voo, as escalas de voo e o Programa de Instrução da Unidade Aérea. Em seguida,
foi possível separar os estagiários em dois grupos: os que treinaram e os que não treinaram no
simulador. Os dados foram interpretados de acordo com o desempenho dos estagiários em
três missões de voo, específicas da fase de adaptação. Pelos resultados obtidos, foi observado
que a média de desempenho entre os grupos de estagiários foi similar. Assim, o objetivo do
trabalho foi alcançado, ao identificar que o treinamento no simulador de voo da aeronave
C-95 não teve influência na fase de adaptação dos estagiários do 1°/5° GAv. Os resultados dessa
pesquisa podem embasar, de forma científica, futuros assessoramentos que visem à mudança
da instrução em simulador de voo da aeronave C-95.

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to identify the influence of training on the C-95 aircraft flight simulator
in the adaptation phase of trainees of the 1°/5° GAv in 2015. The theoretical foundation was
obtained in the light of the teaching-learning theory of Gagné (1977), and Garland, Hopkin and
Wise`s (1999) work about the flight simulators. This research was descriptive because it has
established a relationship between the simulator training and the air activity. With regard to
technical procedures was documentary character because data analyzed were taken from the
1°/5° GAv files. The research was conducted by an analysis of flight records, flight scales and
Instruction Program Air Unit. Then it was possible to separate the trainees into two groups: who
trained and who have not trained on the simulator. The data were interpreted according to the
training assignment in three flight missions, specific of the adaptation phase. From the results,
it was observed that the average performance among the trainees groups was similar. Thus,
the objective was achieved by identifying the training in flight simulator C-95 aircraft had no
influence on the adaptation phase of trainees of the 1°/5° GAv in 2015. The results of this research
can to base, scientifically, future advising aimed at education change in a flight simulator of the
C-95 aircraft.
