FACES OF RENOWNED CELEBRITIES.

he new Carrera vintage sunglasses, particularly models Champion and
Safari, are becoming a must among celebs worldwide. Actresses Neve
Campbell (“Scream”), Naomie Harris (“Pirates of the Caribbean”) and
Olivia Williams (“The Sixth Sense”), for instance, have recently been spotted
wearing Carrera Champion sunglasses.
The new Carrera sunglasses also shone in the Brit Awards ceremony, the
British music awards, which took place in London last February. Among the
celebs who wore the new releases from Sàfilo’s renowned sports brand were
Natasha Bedingfeld, singer of hit “Unwritten”; Alfonso Sarland, Irwin Sparkes
and Martin Skarendahl (The Hoosiers); Holly Willoughby, Beth Ditto and Paul
Young. The new Carrera eyewear, of vintage inspiration, are distinguished by
stylish details, a strong personality and an assortment of sophisticated colours.
The design of some of the models, like Champion and Safari, is based on the
Carrera sunglasses which were so famous in the 80s. The drop-shaped silhouettes
of these cult sunglasses, made in optyl and acetate are personalised with
the icon of the collection and the Carrera logo on lenses, temples and bridge.
In tune with the evocative spirit of the new models, the colour range comprises
irresistible hues such as black, white and cream, enhanced with a stripe on the
front in a contrasting colour: yellow, red, dark blue or black.
