A l’inverse, l’action des glucocorticoïdes sur les PN induit une inhibition de la réponse oxydative et
une diminution de la destruction hyphale (Roilides et al., 1993b). Bien que le rôle majeur des PN ait été
établi dans la lutte contre l’API, l’étude de l’inhibition par les glucocorticoïdes de l’activité antifongique
des PN n’a pas été plus approfondie à ce jour.
