Les pattes, repliées sous l’oiseau, servent de support. Le couvercle est orné d’une fleur de pivoine en relief.

form the handle. The feet, folded under the bird, act as support. The lid is decorated with a peony flower in relief.

en cristal de roche translucide, taillé en forme de tronc de pêcher d’où partent des branches en haut relief et ajouré,
chargées de fruits et feuillages, sur lesquels sont perchés deux oiseaux. A la base, un lapin grignote une feuille de lingzhi.

and pierced, bearing fruit and foliage on which two birds are perched. On the base, a rabbit is chewing a lingzhi leaf.

en cristal de roche translucide, figurée debout, la tête tournée vers l’arrière, la crinière suivant le mouvement du cou.
Il porte sur son dos un vase zun à décor archaïsant, reposant sur un tapis orné de chauves-souris stylisées.
Des motifs de flammes sont sculptés en léger relief sur le corps.

A translucent rock crystal standing chimera, the head turned towards the rear, the mane following the movement of the neck. It carries a zun vase
with an archaistic decoration on its back, resting on a mat ornamented with stylised bats. Flame patterns are carved and slightly raised on the body.
