HotCity est un réseau de connexion WiFi disponible dans la Ville
de Luxembourg qui fonctionne comme un module d’extension
offrant une technologie numérique d’avant-garde et des opportunités
d’affaires.
La connexion WiFi, une initiative de la Ville de Luxembourg, est actuellement
disponible à travers 150 points d’accès au centre-ville, dans
les quartiers de la Gare, du Limpertsberg, du Grund, de Belair, de Hollerich,
de la Cloche d’Or, mais également à l’Aéroport et à LuxExpo à
Kirchberg.
HotCity est un projet dynamique qui possède la capacité de s’adapter
aux nouvelles technologies de communication en cours de développement.
Toute personne munie d’un dispositif électronique approprié et se
trouvant dans la zone de couverture peut avoir accès aux services de
connexion haut débit offerts par HotCity.
La connexion se fait à travers un portail d’information Internet multidispositifs
sur la base d’une plate-forme ouverte permettant d’ouvrir
les services à plusieurs fournisseurs ou réseaux.
HotCity is a WiFi connection network available in the City of
Luxembourg which works like an extension module offering pioneering
digital technology and business opportunities.
The WiFi connection, an initiative of the City of Luxembourg, is currently
available through 150 access points in the city-centre, in the following
districts : Gare, Limpertsberg, Grund, Belair, Hollerich, Cloche d’Or, but
also at the Airport and at LuxExpo in Kirchberg.
HotCity is a dynamic project that has the capacity to adapt to new
communication technologies coming on stream.

Anyone with a suitable electronic device in the coverage area has
access to HotCity’s high-speed Internet and communication services.
The connection is made through a multi-device Internet information
portal on the basis of an open platform enabling users to open the
services of several providers or networks.
