(<strong>PMSI</strong>) <strong>et</strong> de valorisation (<strong>T2A</strong>)<br />

• Un <strong>PMSI</strong> orienté « pathologie traitée » :<br />

• Diagnostics = élément essentiel du prix<br />

(complétés par les actes CCAM classants)<br />

• Dépendance <strong>et</strong> actes paramédicaux : pas directement pris en compte<br />

• Tarif : valorise le SEJOUR quelle que soit sa durée => objectif<br />

implicite de durée « normale »<br />

• Nécessité que le séjour soit terminé pour le valoriser<br />

• Des <strong>PMSI</strong> orientés « moyens globaux mis en œuvre » :<br />

• Dépendance <strong>et</strong> actes paramédicaux bien valorisés<br />

• Tarif : valorise chaque JOURNEE. Implicitement, pas de durée<br />

exigible pour la prise en charge.<br />

• Le séjour peut être valorisé au fil de son déroulement<br />

• Un <strong>PMSI</strong> orienté « transactions » :<br />

• Simple paiement à l’acte<br />
