<strong>Vintage</strong> du Groupe ESA d’Angers (France)<br />
et d’un diplôme d’ingénieur agronome,<br />
spécialisé en œnologie, obtenu en 2008 à<br />
l’Université de Santiago (Chili).<br />
J’ai travaillé pour l’entreprise Errazuriz Vineyards<br />
dans la Vallée centrale au Chili en<br />
tant que conseillère en viticulture et assistante<br />
œnologue.<br />
J’ai réalisé au cours de mes étu<strong>des</strong> <strong>des</strong> stages<br />
dans les domaines de la recherche en<br />
viticulture et fruticulture.<br />
J’ai réalisé mon mémoire de fin d’étu<strong>des</strong><br />
pour l’Organisation Internationale de la<br />
Vigne et du Vin à Paris (France) sur la thématique<br />
: cadre international à propos <strong>des</strong><br />
pratiques œnologiques et HACCP.<br />
J’ai eu pour objectif de développer une<br />
recherche comparative au niveau législatif<br />
et étudier l’HACCP appliquée à l’œnologie<br />
quand elle existe.<br />
Forte de ces expériences, je souhaite<br />
maintenant poursuivre mon travail dans le<br />
domaine de la production du vin, ainsi que<br />
dans le commerce et les relations humaines,<br />
base de l’esprit du partage du vin.<br />

I am holder of the International <strong>Vintage</strong> Master<br />
degree of the ESA Group of Angers (France)<br />
and I graduated in 2008 as Agronomical Engineer,<br />
specialized in oenology, at the University<br />
of Chile of Santiago.<br />
I have previously worked for the Vignobles<br />
Errazuriz in Central valley in Chile as viticulture<br />
consultant, assistant enologist.<br />
I have achieved during my studies various<br />
experiences in viticulture and fruticulture<br />
research.<br />
I have carried out my end of study project<br />
for the International Organisation of Vine and<br />
Wine in Paris (France) on the following theme:<br />
International framework of oenological practices<br />
and HACCP.<br />
The aims of my work were to achieve a comparative<br />
overview of permitted oenological<br />
practices as well as HACCP framework linked<br />
with oenology.<br />
After these experiences, I wish to carry on my<br />
work in the whole wine production chain.<br />
I wish to continue my career in the improvment<br />
of the whole wine production chain and especially<br />
to base my work on the human relations<br />
that build up the wine spirit of share and art.<br />
