Je suis titulaire du Master International Vintage
et d’un diplôme d’ingénieur en agriculture,
spécialisé en Viticulture et œnologie,
obtenus au Groupe ESA d’Angers (France).
J’ai réalisé au cours de mes études des stages
dans les domaines de la viticulture et de
la recherche en viticulture.
J’ai réalisé mon mémoire de fin d’études
pour l’entreprise Klein Constantia à Constantia
(Afrique du Sud) sur le thème : Influences
des variations intra-parcellaires de vigueur
sur le vin de Muscat de Frontignan.
J’ai eu pour objectif d’évaluer et de définir
les différences intra-parcellaires de la zone
de production de Muscat de Frontignan
grâce aux nouvelles technologies ; comprendre
les différences de vigueur de la vigne
au sein d’une parcelle grâce à l’étude
des types de sol et du développement
racinaire ; corréler les résultats obtenus.
Fort de ces expériences, je souhaite maintenant
poursuivre mon travail dans les domaines
de la viticulture.
J’ai pour projet d’être responsable d’un
vignoble.
I am holder of the International Vintage Master
degree and I graduated in 2008 as Agricultural
Ingeneer, specialized in Viticulture and Oenology,
from the ESA Group of Angers (France).
I have achieved during my studies various experiences
in viticulture and viticulture research.
I have carried out my end of study project for
the Klein Constantio Company in Constantia
(South Africa) on the theme: Influences of
vigour variations within the vineyard on Muscat
de Frontignan wine.
The aims of my work were to evaluate and to
define the intra-vineyard differences of the
Muscat de Frontignan block thanks to new
technologies; to understand the variability of
the vigour within the vineyard thanks to the
study of the soil and of the roots development;
to correlate the results obtained with the
intra-vineyard differences of the overripened;
to establish correlations between the various
parameters of the vineyard.
After these experiences, I wish to carry on my
work in viticulture.
I wish to to be in charge of a vineyard.
