Je suis titulaire du Master International
Vintage du Groupe ESA d’Angers (France)
et d’un diplôme en agronomie, avec une
spécialisation en production de fruits et
raisins, de la Faculté d’Agronomie de Novi
Sad (Serbie).
J’ai précédemment travaillé en Serbie dans
la production de fruits et raisins.
J’ai travaillé durant 2 ans à la Faculté d’Agriculture,
Département viticulture et fruticulture,
de Banja Luka (Bosnie – Herzégovine).
J’ai réalisé mon stage de fin d’étude au
Laboratoire “GRAPPE” du Groupe ESA
sur “L’étude de l’évolution des composés
phénoliques du raisin de Cabernet Franc au
cours de la maturation : Impact sur l’extractibilité
en milieu hydroalcoolique”.J’ai développé
des compétences techniques telles
que l’extraction de composés phénoliques
et l’analyse en chromatographie liquide
haute performance.
Suite à mon expérience, je souhaite maintenant
poursuivre mon travail dans les
domaines de la recherche en viticulture et
œnologie.
I am holder of the International Vintage Master
degree of the ESA Group of Angers (France). I
graduated in Agriculture with a specialization
in production of fruits and grapes at the Faculty
of Agriculture of Novi Sad (Serbia). I have previously
worked in Serbia in production of fruits
and grapes. I have worked for 2 years at the
Faculty of Agriculture, Institute of Fruit Production
and Viticulture in Banja Luka (Bosnia and
Herzegovina).
I have carried out my end of study project in
the Research Laboratory “GRAPPE” of ESA
group where I have worked on “The study of
evolution of phenolic compounds in the grapes
of Cabernet Franc during the maturation:
Impact on the extractability in hydro-alcoholic
solution”. I have developed my skills in several
techniques such as extraction of phenolic
compounds and biochemical analysis by high
performance liquid chromatography.
I wish to carry on my work in viticulture and
oenology research.
