Je suis titulaire du Master International
Vintage du Groupe ESA d’Angers (France),
d’un diplôme d’ingénieur, en œnologie et
production des spiritueux (2002) et d’un
diplôme de marketing (2005) obtenus à
l’Université d’État des Sciences Alimentaires
de Moscou (Russie).
J’ai réalisé au cours de mes études des stages
dans les domaines de la recherche, de
l’œnologie et du marketing.
J’ai réalisé mon mémoire de fin d’études
pour l’institut de recherche et de formation
viti-vinicole à Weinsberg (Allemagne) sur
le thème : Etude de l’impact de l’oxygène
dans la qualité des vins après la fermentation.
J’ai eu pour objectif de quantifier l’oxygène
dissous au cours de la préparation et le
conditionnement des vins et de déterminer
des impacts de différentes doses d’oxygène
apportées.
Forte de ces expériences, je souhaite
maintenant poursuivre mon travail dans
les domaines du marketing et des relations
publiques.
J’ai pour projet de travailler dans une entreprise
internationale en tant que responsable
marketing ou chef de produit.

I am holder of the International Vintage Master
degree of the ESA Group of Angers (France)
and I graduated in 2002 as ingeneer, specialized
in Enology and Spirits Production, at the
Moscow State University of Food Sciences
(Russia). I also obtained in 2005 in that University
a marketing degree.
I have achieved during my studies various experiences
in research, enology and marketing.
I have carried out my end of study project for
the State Institute for Viticulture, Oenology and
Fruit Technology Company in Weinsberg (Germany)
on following theme: Study of oxygen
impact in wine quality after fermentation.
The aims of my work were to quantify the
oxygen dissolution during wine preparation
and packaging and to determine the impacts
of different doses of oxygen introduced during
the cellar operations on wines with different
oenological profiles.
After these experiences, I wish to carry on my
work in marketing and public relations.
I wish to work for an international Company as
Marketing Manager or Product Manager.
