AMBISOME (3-5 mg/kg/j<br />
voire Caspofungine si échec 1° TT<br />
‣ Durée : 6 mois en moyenne<br />
‣ Corticothérapie associée <br />
• Efficace et bien tolérée en cas d’infection réfractaire aux antifongiques<br />
seules<br />
• Schéma proposé : TT 3 semaines par antifongique<br />
puis adjonction d’un corticostéroïde associé au TT antifongique<br />
