commission d’admission sont à transmettre au comité
dans les 4 semaines suivantes la publication dans
le journal. Selon les articles 7.2 et 7.3 du règlement

EFLA Congress 2011
Tallin, Estland, 2-4 November 2011
The congress is entitled “Mind the Gap – Landscapes
for a new era” and will give us all a wonderful opportunity
to take part in technical workshops, pre- and postcongress
tours and exhibitions and attend a variety of
plenary sessions, professional presentations, seminars
and talks. There is to be a wide range of speakers and
will include a student competition.
This is a fantastic opportunity not only to experience the
wonders of the Estonian landscape in and around Tallinn
but to meet and network with friends and colleagues
from an international arena enabling you to broaden your
knowledge and share your professional experiences in
relaxed and enjoyable surroundings.
Tallinn is the European Capital of Culture 2011 and will
have the widest range of facilities on offer during the
Congress. I would like to take this opportunity to encourage
your whole-hearted participation in the Congress
in a unique and picturesque European landscape. (The
official language of the Congress is English).

Résultats de concours
Concours d’aménagement Place du
Petit-Saconnex
Au fil du temps, la place du Petit-Saconnex a évolué en
fonction des besoins apparus sans jamais faire l’objet
d’une réflexion sur l’ensemble du périmètre, donnant
ainsi naissance à un espace sans réelle cohérence. Le
projet d’aménagement de la place fait plus précisément
suite à la suppression de l’arrêt de bus et à la déviation
de la ligne TPG n° 3 qui, désormais, ne la traverse plus.
Un réaménagement est devenu nécessaire, notamment
en raison de la diversité des déplacements qu’il faut
organiser.
La Ville de Genève souhaite réaliser un nouvel espace
public favorisant la mobilité douce et sachant tenir
compte des besoins des différents usagers (cafés,
temple, commerces...). La transformation de la place
intégrera une réflexion sensible sur la valeur historique
du lieu tout en offrant la plus-value d’une véritable zone
de rencontre pour les habitants. A cet effet, la Ville de
Genève a lancé un concours destiné aux architectes
ou aux architectes-paysagistes, associés à un bureau
d’ingénieurs civils.
