RAPPEL DES ACTIONS DU PLAN COMPÉTENCES BIOTECH2005-2010 ET DES RÉSULTATS• Former les salariés des biotech aux cultures business et médicament par lemontage d’un projet national de formation (financement européen)► 5 stages pour renforcer les compétences en culture business et médicament► 600 salariés formés depuis 2005► Financement par l’OPCA DEFI• Mettre en place des solutions innovantes de type partage de personnel ousecond élan de carrière afin d’aider les jeunes pousses à attirer des profilsexpérimentés►Création de 2 groupements d’employeurs en régions Rhône-Alpes (CompétenceBiotech:11 membres et 3 salariés) et IDF (BioSkill:13 membres et 2 salariés)• Promouvoir une charte de recommandations « Leem » destinées aux écoles etuniversités afin d’adapter les formations initiales aux besoins►►►►Création d’un site internet d’évaluation des formations selon des critères prédéfinis(disciplines scientifiques, enseignements professionnels, insertion professionnelle,sélection et évaluation des étudiants notamment)50 formations d’inscrites, 40 avis d’étudiants et d’entreprises,plus de 26 800 formations consultéeswww.formations-biotech.org
