An important stage of ongoing job inSPC Rhin-Sarre concerns the study of events of the past floods.Job introduced here registers in this step and been accomplished holidays the upper reachesof basins mountainsides of Sarre and Bruche.It consisted in defining and analysing the appropriate parameters of events floods (initialdebit side, generative rain, maximum intensity of rain and humidity of soil SIM) intervening inrelation rain-debit side on these two basins.The results of the analysis in the historical floods lead to the abacuses establishment whichhelp to the floods prediction.proposed.Expressions of alertness, which estimate the debit side of these different define, were also- 4 -
