SummaryDuring three years, we collected 100 patients of which 73were women. The average age was of 48,38 years.Fifty two per cent of patients have been transfused with amiddle quantity of 3,06 Red Blood Cell per patients.The predictive factors of the transfusion were mainly: thedimension of tumor, the delay between symptoms and diagnosis,and the length of intervention.In surgery of meningioma, hemorrhagic complications are notnegligible.
