Bulgari Resort and Residences Dubai
creates a privileged lifestyle experience
Another high-end residential project proves UAE to be exceptionally attractive for
major luxury brands. The resort and residences are one of only six places in the world
where people can enjoy the richness and exclusivity of the Bulgari lifestyle
Bulgari Resort and Residences has
teamed up with Dubai developer Meraas
to create an elite and sophisticated
residential experience on a private island
by Meraas located at 300 metres off
the coast of Dubai. The Bulgari Resort
and Residences on Dubai’s Jumeira Bay
Island takes the crown of the emirate’s
most expensive hotel. It’s expected to
open in 2018.
The project consists of 165 apartments,
eight penthouses and 15 mansions,
includes landscaped private gardens
swimming pools and gyms, with a variety
of dining and sporting options, like the
50 berths Marina and Bulgari Yacht
Club, according to Meraas. Apartments
will consist of six free-standing buildings
to include one to four bedroom units,
while mansions will come with three
to six bedrooms. Other Amenities at
the residences will include 24-hour
concierge, landscaped gardens, pools,
fitness centres and steam rooms and
complimentary access and membership
to the world’s first Bulgari Marina and
Yacht club at the opposite end of the
promenade from the hotel.
The project was designed by Antonio
Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, taking
into consideration all life and luxurious
aspects to create efficient and open living
spaces, with interiors finished to the
highest quality. Homes have the view of
natural green gardens interspersed with
wood terraces, and the pristine sands of
the private beaches offering spectacular
views in all directions. Bulgari’s executive
vice president Silvio Ursini emphasized
that room rates will be “by far the highest
in the market”.
