We wanted it to be more than a real estate catalogue, however. In line with current media trends, we therefore decided to broaden its scope to include a more varied editorial content. As a result, Select will offer not only in-depth articles about the real estate market and our international Knight Frank network, but also lifestyle features on a variety of topics of interest to our readers. This magazine is a logical outcome of the creation of the Naef Prestige brand, which has positioned us, along with our partner Knight Frank, as a major player in the luxury residential property market of the wider Lake Geneva area. Nous avons le plaisir de vous présenter le premier numéro de notre nouveau magazine Select. Select est un magazine d’entreprise de la marque Naef Prestige dans lequel vous trouverez les plus belles propriétés de notre région. Nous avons voulu toutefois dépasser le simple catalogue d’objets pour aller dans la tendance des médias contemporains visant à offrir un contenu rédactionnel varié. Si dans la ligne éditoriale, nous conservons en partie des articles relatifs au marché immobilier et à notre réseau international Knight Frank, il nous importe d’en élargir le contenu pour intégrer d’autres sujets de type «Lifestyle». Le luxe ne se décline pas juste par un acte de consommation. Il est l’expression de la richesse par une recherche de raffinement et d’une expérience de vie visant à l’excellence. Select traduit cet état d’esprit par la mise en lumière de portraits de grandes personnalités, des styles de vie et des projets culturels hors du commun, ainsi que des produits qui se distinguent par leur précellence. Ce magazine s’inscrit dans une continuité naturelle depuis la création de la marque Naef Prestige qui nous a positionnés, avec notre partenaire Knight Frank, comme l’un des acteurs majeurs du marché immobilier résidentiel du luxe autour de la région élargie de l’arc lémanique.
