Palatinat
Il fait bon vivre du côté de l'Allemagne Romantique où
la beauté du paysage se vit itinérante, à pieds, en vélo,
et en bateau sur le Rhin impétueux. Le long du fleuve,
vous pourrez observer de nombreux vignobles qui ont
fait la réputation de ce territoire viticole, en témoigne
la fameuse route allemande des vins. En Palatinat la
douceur du climat est propice à la viticulture et de
nombreux cépages y ont élu domicile comme le Riesling
mais aussi Müller-Thurgau, Pinot gris, Pinot blanc,
Pinot noir, Dornfelder, Portugieser, Kerner, Scheurebe
et Gewürztraminer ! Rouge ou blanc, il y en a pour tous
les goûts. Les vins du Palatinat s'accordent parfaitement
avec les spécialités régionales comme la panse
de porc farcie, les poissons du Rhin ou de la Moselle, ou
le gibier local.
Boppard
Située dans la Vallée du Haut-Rhin moyen, Boppard
est un paradis du vin. Le Reisling produit sur les bords
du fleuve est de renommée internationale pour ses
notes de pomme, menthe et épices. Chaque dernier
dimanche d'avril, durant le printemps vinicole du Rhin
moyen, une douzaine d'exploitations viticoles vous proposent
de déguster le nouveau millésime avec vue sur
le Rhin !
Cochem
Au bord de la Moselle se dresse le château de Reichsburg,
au cœur de la vieille ville de Cochem. Sur une
colline recouverte par le vignoble, les tours pointues
donnent au lieu un air de conte de fées. Le château offre
une vue panoramique sur la région et ses vignobles.
Vous pouvez aussi vous perdre dans les ruelles
typiques ou flâner au bord de la rivière. Ne manquez
pas aussi de goûter la savoureuse pêche plate de
Moselle !
It is good to live on the side of Romantic Germany,
where the beauty of the landscape can be seen on your
travels, on foot, by bike, and by boat on the impetuous
Rhine. Along the river, you can see many vineyards that
have helped to make the reputation of this wine territory,
as evidenced by the famous German wine route. In
the Palatinate, the mild climate is conducive to viticulture,
and many grape varieties have chosen their home
there, including Riesling, and also Müller-Thurgau,

Kerner, Scheurebe and Gewürztraminer! Red or
white, there is something for all tastes. Palatinate wines
go well with regional specialties such as stuffed pork
belly, fish from the Rhine or the Moselle, or local game.
Located in the middle of the Upper-Rhine Valley, Boppard
is a wine paradise. The Reisling produced on the
banks of the river is internationally renowned for its
notes of apple, mint and spices. Every last Sunday of
April, during the spring of the middle Rhine, a dozen
vineyards invite you to taste the new vintage, with a view
of the Rhine!
On the banks of the Moselle stands the Reichsburg
Castle, in the heart of the old town of Cochem. On a hill
covered by vineyards, the pointed towers give the place
a fairytale air. The castle offers a panoramic view of the
region and its vineyards. You can also get lost in the
typical lanes, or stroll along the river. And don't forget to
taste the delicious flat peach of Moselle!
