Ce manuel fait partie d’un programme <strong>de</strong> <strong>gestion</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>fatigue</strong> mis au point <strong>pour</strong> <strong>Transport</strong>s<br />
<strong>Canada</strong> par Rho<strong>de</strong>s & Associates Inc. Les travaux qui ont mené à ce programme se sont<br />
déroulés en <strong>de</strong>ux phases :<br />
1. recherche sur le problème <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>fatigue</strong> dans le pilotage maritime;<br />
2. é<strong>la</strong>boration d’un programme <strong>de</strong> <strong>gestion</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>fatigue</strong> (PGF).<br />
Le programme comprend trois volets :<br />
a. p<strong>la</strong>n <strong>de</strong> mise en œuvre du PGF;<br />
b. module <strong>de</strong> formation sur le PGF;<br />
c. lignes directrices <strong>pour</strong> l’établissement <strong>de</strong>s horaires <strong>de</strong> travail <strong>de</strong>s <strong>pilotes</strong> et <strong>pour</strong> le suivi et<br />
l’évaluation du PGF.<br />
<strong>Gui<strong>de</strong></strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>gestion</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>fatigue</strong> <strong>pour</strong> <strong>les</strong> <strong>pilotes</strong> maritimes canadiens : manuel du formateur,<br />
TP 13960F, est le principal outil <strong>de</strong> référence du formateur responsable du module <strong>de</strong> formation<br />
en <strong>gestion</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>fatigue</strong> <strong>pour</strong> <strong>les</strong> <strong>pilotes</strong> maritimes.<br />
