10. SERAGAM KERJA DAN KARTU IDENTITAS<br />
1. Semua pekerja harus menggunakan seragam kerja yang<br />
rapi <strong>dan</strong> rompi reflektif.<br />
2. Seragam yang digunakan harus memantulkan cahaya/<br />
reflektif (gamb. 1). Bila menggunakan kaos lengan panjang,<br />
harus dilengkapi dengan rompi reflektif (gamb. 2).<br />
3. Kartu identitas harus dipakai selama berada di dalam<br />
proyek.<br />
4. Kartu identitas harus ditandatangani pejabat proyek <strong>dan</strong><br />
dapat diberikan setelah lulus induksi keselamatan.<br />
10. WORK UNIFORM AND IDENTITY CARD<br />
1. All workers must wear neat work uniform and a reflective<br />
vest.<br />
2. The uniform worn must reflect light/reflective (coverall with<br />
fluorescent band) (image 1). A long-sleeved shirt must be<br />
worn with a reflective vest (image 2).<br />
3. Identity card must be worn throughout the stay in the project<br />
site.<br />
4. Identity card must be signed by the project officer and can be<br />
given after the safety induction is passed.<br />
