WOODEN MOBILE SCAFFOLD DESIGN
1. Seteger kayu yang akan dibuat harus terdiri dari 4 kaki yang dilengkapi
dengan tangga serta platform untuk pijakan/landasan kerja dan tempat
menaruh material secukupnya (cat, bata, hebel, adukan semen, dll.).
The wooden mobile scaffold to be made must consist of 4 legs equipped with
ladders and a platform for the foothold/working ground and a sufficient space
to store materials (paint, bricks, hebel, mortar, etc.).
2. Kayu yang digunakan harus bermutu baik, tidak keropos, tidak ada mata
kayu. Jenis kayu minimal adalah kamper.
The wood used must be of good quality, not porous, without any knot. The
minimal wood type is camphor.
3. Material untuk tulangan dan platform minimal adalah kaso 5/7 bahan
kamper atau mutu diatasnya.
The material for reinforcement and platform is at a minimum 5/7 meranti of
camphor material or anything with greater quality.
4. Platform kemudian dilapis dengan multipleks (tebal min. 12 mm) agar rata,
sehingga material tidak mudah jatuh dan kaki tidak mudah tergelincir.
The platform is then coated with a flat multiplex (min. thickness of 12 mm), to
avoid proneness to material falling or foot slipping.
5. Lebar platform/pijakan dapat disesuaikan dengan luas ruangan, bila ruangan
sempit, lebar platform min. 50 cm (maks. 70 cm) dan panjang maks. 300 cm.
The width of the platform/footing can be adjusted to the area of the room. If the
room is narrow, the min. width of the platform is 50 cm (max. 70 cm) and max.
length is 300 cm.
6. Tinggi seteger kayu yang diizinkan maksimal 150 cm.
The max. allowable height of wooden mobile scaffold is 150 cm.
7. Seteger dengan tinggi minimal 1m harus dilengkapi dengan tangga.
A mobile scaffold with a minimum height of 1 m must be equipped with ladders.
SETEGER DAN TANGGA DIBUAT DARI BAHAN ALUMINIUM, BESI, DAN
KACA SERAT
MOBILE SCAFFOLD AND LADDER MUST BE MADE OF ALUMINUM, STEEL,
AND FIBREGLASS
1. Seteger dan tangga dari bahan besi atau aluminium yang dibuat sendiri
atau beli namun bukan barang bermerek, harus mendapat persetujuan dari
Departemen K3, setelah disetujui akan dipasang label STATUS DISETUJUI.
Mobile scaffolds and ladders made of steel or aluminum that are self-constructed
or purchased but are not branded must be approved by the OHS Department.
Upon approval, they will be tagged with the APPROVED STATUS.
2. Semua seteger dan tangga yang dibuat sendiri atau bukan barang
bermerek, baik material kaso atau besi harus dilaporkan sebelum digunakan
dan menjalani pemeriksaan kesesuaian dengan standar desain dan standar
keselamatan dan untuk mendapatkan label STATUS DISETUJUI dari
Departemen K3.
All mobile scaffolds and ladders that are self-constructed or are not branded,
either made of meranti or steel, must be reported before every use and subject to
an inspection of conformity with the design standards and safety standards and
to the obtainment of the APPROVED STATUS tag from the OHS Department.
