Una nuova metodologia per la caratterizzazione degli odori ambientali, che permette <strong>di</strong><br />
identificare, in situazioni complesse, la fonte delle emissioni odorigene o il processo<br />
responsabile.<br />
Il consumo alimentare <strong>di</strong> quantitativi me<strong>di</strong>o-elevati <strong>di</strong> pesce può causare il superamento dei<br />
limiti <strong>di</strong> sicurezza per l’assunzione giornaliera <strong>di</strong> PCB e sostanze <strong>di</strong>ossino-simili.<br />
