iniziato a scrivere a diciannove anni e compare in
storiche antologie beat come The Beats (1960) curata
da Seymour Krim e The Beat Scene (1960) a cura di
Elias Wilentz, da cui è tratto questo breve e delicato
testo. Del 1980 è il suo volume di liriche For
Kerouac in Heaven.

of nineteen and appears inside historical beat anthologies such as The
Beats (1960) curated by Seymour Krim and The Beat Scene (1960) by
Elias Wilentz, from which this short and delicate text is taken. His For

In the rain, they rush together for a fleeting kiss,
but they never quite make it.
That must be unbearable.

They are probably better off without rain,
when they can just lie there and
