Tutti i prodotti illustrati in questo catalogo sono costruiti a
regola d’arte in modo tale da non recare danni alle persone,
agli animali domestici e alle cose purché siano installati a regola
d’arte da personale qualificato ai sensi della legge 5 Marzo
1990, n° 46, utilizzati secondo la loro precisa destinazione e
sottoposti alla regolare manutenzione. Tutti i prodotti illustrati
in questo catalogo sono conformi alla legge 1 Marzo 1968 n°
186 (Disposizioni concernenti la produzione di materiali, apparecchiature,
macchinari, installazioni e impianti elettrici ed
elettronici) e, ove applicabile, alla legge 18 Ottobre 1977, n° 791
(Attuazione della Direttiva CEE n° 73/23 relativa alle garanzie di
sicurezza che deve possedere il materiale elettrico destinato ad
essere utilizzato entro alcuni limiti di tensione).
A partire dal 1 Gennaio 1996 per i prodotti soggetti alla Direttiva
89/336/CEE (Compatibilità elettromagnetica) e dal 1 Gennaio
1997 per i prodotti soggetti alla legge 18 Ottobre 1977 n° 791
(Direttiva Bassa Tensione 73/23 CEE) dovrà essere applicata la
marcatura amministrativa CE.
All products illustrated in this catalogue are perfectly manufactured
in order that they do not cause damage to people, pets or
things as long as they are installed correctly by qualified staff
and in accordance with the law of March 5, 1990, n. 46, and
used for their precise destination and subject to regular maintenance.
All products described in this catalogue are in conformity
with the law dated March 1, 1968 N° 186 (provisions
concerning the manufacturing of materials, appliances, installations
and electric and electronic systems) and, where applicable,
to the law dated October 18, 1977, n. 791 (Execution of
the CEE Directive n. 73/23 relative to the guarantee of safety
that the electric material to be used within certain voltages must
possess).
From January 1, 1996 the products covered by the
Directive 89 /336/CEE (electro-magnetic compatibility)
and from January 1, 1997 and the products subject
to Law October 18, 1977 n. 791 (Low voltage Directive
73/23 CEE) must have the CE administrative marking.
Tale marcatura, obbligatoria per la libera circolazione dei prodotti
nella Comunità Europea, deve essere apposta sul prodotto o
qualora non possibile, sulla confezione o sul foglio di istruzione
e costituisce una dichiarazione di conformità del prodotto rilasciata
dal produttore.
This marking is mandatory for the free movement of the products
within the European Community and must be affixed on the
product or, if not possible, on the packaging or on the information
sheet and is a declaration of conformity of the product issued
by the manufacturer.
È importante sottolineare che la marcatura amministrativa CE
non obbliga ad un controllo preventivo da parte di un ente terzo
(IMQ, VDE, ...) e pertanto non deve essere confusa con le
certificazioni di qualità fornite da istituti, come l’IMQ o il VDE,
che prevedono sia un controllo preventivo all’applicazione
del marchio sia un controllo successivo alla distribuzione dei
prodotti marchiati.
It is important that the CE administrative marking does not force
to make a preventive control on behalf of a third party (IMQ,
VDE,...) and therefore should not be confused with the certification
of quality provided by institutions, like IMQ or VDE that
provide to both a preventive control of the branding and to a following
control of the marked products.
