today in Georgia there is no exact statistic data about distribution, use, demand and producers
of medico-technical articles in medical institutions, and the absence of unified transcriptor is
one of the reasons of such situation;
sometimes inner registers of material-technical means of public health care institutions
contain vague for engineer staff appellations, which is inadmissable.
In our opinion the problem of elaboration of nomenclature and codification system of
medical articles and goods is urgent.
Beneficiaries of nomenclative and codification system of medical articles and goods will
be Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, National Agency of Standards,
Technical Regulations and Metrology of Georgia, clinical hospitals and diagnostic centers of
Georgia.
No less interesting is forecasted imports of medical technical devices for 2012-2014 estimated
based on the data available from the revenue service of the ministry of finance.
