INTERVISTA La st<strong>il</strong>ista Loretta Perico, a capo del team creativo di Cadica, e Lorenzo Lugli CADICA, IL LABELLING AL SERVIZIO DEL MARKETING di Rossana Cuoccio Qualità dei prodotti offerti, servizio veloce e flessib<strong>il</strong>e e ricerca continua di nuove tendenze moda e innovative soluzioni tecniche. Così Lorenzo Lugli, DG di Cadica Group, ci racconta come <strong>il</strong> labelling sta diventando un vero e proprio prodotto su cui investire per presentare al meglio <strong>il</strong> proprio brand. Ci fa un b<strong>il</strong>ancio del 2011 di Cadica? Prevediamo di chiudere <strong>il</strong> 2011 a quota 32 m<strong>il</strong>ioni con una crescita intorno al 7% confermando <strong>il</strong> trend positivo degli ultimi anni. Cadica funge un po’ da termometro del settore, quando la moda sperimenta nuove collezioni e nuove linee, <strong>il</strong> labelling è tra le componenti del prodotto che ha più importanza, perché non è solo <strong>il</strong> supporto fisico del brand, ma rappresenta anche la vetrina per un migliore posizionamento all’interno degli shop. Da elemento informativo a strumento di marketing. Ci spiega questa evoluzione del labelling? Il fatto è che i marchi ampliano la loro offerta con prodotti sempre nuovi e noi diventiamo <strong>il</strong> loro partner per capire come incrementare <strong>il</strong> valore percepito dei capi e allo stesso tempo come comunicare al cliente ciò che sta acquistando. L’etichetta diventa quindi uno strumento di comunicazione al cliente, attraverso <strong>il</strong> quale lo st<strong>il</strong>ista può raccontare la storia del capo e le motivazioni alla base delle scelte st<strong>il</strong>istiche. Quali sono le richieste del mercato oggi? Tempestività, qualità e costi contenuti. I clienti sono sempre più esigenti, anche per via dell’incremento nel numero di collezioni che ha portato a una produzione quasi continuativa. I circa 700 brand della moda che si affidano a noi riconoscono a Cadica la capacità di seguire l’evoluzione e la crescita dei clienti mantenendo intatti i livelli di tempestività del servizio, elevata qualità dei prodotti e prezzi accessib<strong>il</strong>i. Ci dà qualche anticipazione sui progetti per <strong>il</strong> 2012? Il 2012 sarà un anno di consolidamento dei progetti già avviati, in particolare del nostro percorso di espansione all’estero. Stiamo ricevendo molte soddisfazioni dalle due nuove sedi in Turchia e in India mentre la Cina, dove siamo già presenti da anni, continua ad essere una conferma, sia per la sua parte produttiva che commerciale. La dislocazione dei nostri impianti segue la logica di portare i nostri prodotti e la nostra qualità là dove si trovano le produzioni dei nostri clienti già acquisiti. In aggiunta puntiamo sempre più anche ai nuovi clienti dei mercati in cui installiamo i nostri siti produttivi, che vogliono aumentare <strong>il</strong> contenuto della loro offerta. L’estero, che per Cadica è di primaria importanza, pesa per circa un 70% sul fatturato globale dell’azienda. E l’Italia? Il mercato interno ha registrato una crescita in linea con quella globale, pari a +7%. Si tratta di un mercato particolare perché molto più esigente rispetto a tutti gli altri. Per questo motivo è quello al quale Cadica dedica maggiormente le proprie attività di ricerca e innovazione. 116 PAMBIANCOWEEK 10 gennaio 2012
