The Receiver Drier
The Block union type Receiver Drier for R134a
is an example of a new, cost-effective product,
which we have recently added to our aftermarket
portfolio. This vital part of air-conditioning
systems has been specially developed
for the aftermarket. It goes without saying
that the product is of the same quality as the
Receiver Driers supplied OE to automobile
manufacturers.
Replacing
Replace the Receiver Drier when the refrigerant
cycle is opened for repair (for instance
in the case of leakage or the replacement of
parts). The Receiver Drier also needs replacing
when the system is empty and filled with
air. Although the service interval for DENSO
Receiver Driers is longer, thanks to the large
amount of desiccant, it is advisable to replace
this part of the air conditioning system
periodically. The life of a Receiver Drier is
prolonged if used regularly.
Longer Life with Perfect Design
DENSO's Receiver Drier contains three times
as much desiccant as other aftermarket driers.
That's why the moisture absorption is three
times as high and gives your customers even
more benefits. The filter in our Receiver Drier
cannot shift in cold conditions, a major advantage
attributable to the fact that the desiccant
filer is not located in the middle of the body
but immediately underneath the inlet and
outlet. Also the filter housing is securely
anchored within the drier casing.
