Retrofit CFC12 A/C Compressor to HFC134a<br />
How to retrofit CFC12 Compressor<br />
DENSO A/C Compressors for CFC12 systems need to be retrofitted in<br />
order to use HFC134a. Before doing so first check the Compressor type<br />
and the production date of the Compressor. This information is found on<br />
the nameplate on the back of the Compressor.<br />
Retrofit method<br />
Replace the Compressor oil, service valve O-rings and shaft seal. All<br />
Compressors produced before 01-1993 need to be retrofitted according<br />
to this method.<br />
Identification<br />
To identify which method is necessary check the production serial number<br />
on the nameplate positioned on the back of the Compressor. All<br />
Compressors with the production serial number 1N0001 or higher are<br />
produced 01-1993 onwards.<br />

So rüsten Sie den CFC12 Kompressor um<br />
DENSO Klimakompressoren für CFC12 Systeme müssen für den Einsatz<br />
von HFC134a umgerüstet werden. Überprüfen Sie aber zuerst den<br />
Kompressortyp und das Produktionsdatum des Kompressors. Diese<br />
Information finden Sie auf dem Typenschild auf der Rückseite des<br />
Kompressors.<br />
Nachrüstungsverfahren<br />
Das Kompressoröl, die O-Ringe des Hauptventils und die Wellendichtung<br />
wechseln. Alle ab 01-1993 produzierten Kompressoren müssen gemäß<br />
diesem Verfahren umgerüstet werden.<br />
Identifizierung<br />
Um festzustellen, welches Verfahren erforderlich ist, überprüfen Sie<br />
die Produktionsseriennummer auf dem Typenschild, das sich auf<br />
der Rückseite des Kompressors befindet. Alle Kompressoren mit der<br />
Produktionsseriennummer 1N0001 oder höher wurden ab 01-1993<br />
produziert.<br />
Compressor Run in Procedure<br />
After replacing the DENSO Compressor, always follow the Run in<br />
Procedure to avoid possible Compressor damage.<br />
