Description 10P Compressor
A 10 cylinder Swash Plate type compressor with fixed displacement,
well known for lack of noise and pulsation.
Double acting piston operating in two cylinders at front and rear side.
Depending on compressor type, displacement between 155 and 177
cm³.
Compressor weight, without magnetic clutch, between 3.5 and 4.5
kg.
Compressor weight, with magnetic clutch, between 5.6 and 6.6 kg.
Compressor oil; CFC12 ➝ ND6
HFC134a ➝ ND8
Description 10PA Compressor
The 10PA compressor is an improved version of the 10P type.
Displacement, depending on compressor type, between 155 and 207
cm³.
Main differences between 10P and 10PA:
- More compact.
- Reduced weight.
- Improved shaft seal, reducing leakage.
- Improved interior cooling.
- Noise reduction by using internal muffler.
Description 10S Compressor
The 10S compressor is an improved version of the 10PA type.
Main differences are size and weight reduction.
Service valve is no longer used; Hoses connect directly to the compressor
body.
Description 6CA Compressor
A single side operating Wobble plate type Compressor.
6 Pistons and variable displacement.
100 % displacement is 170 cc.
The advantages with 10PA type are:
- Reduction of fuel consumption due to variable displacement.
- Reduction on / off shock.
Description 7SB(U) Compressor
Single side operating Swash Plate type compressor.
7 pistons, variable displacement between 3 and 100%
Min displacement 5cm³, max displacement 161 cm³.
Main differences between 7SB(U) and 10PA:
- Weight reduction by using hollow pistons.
- Noise reduction due to mufflers on HP and LP side.
- Reduced fuel consumption due to variable displacement.
- Reduced on / off shock.
