88888CONTROL ELEMENTS:21 AUX RETURN CONTROLThis control is used to adjust the return levels of AUXpaths 1 & 2, whereby the signals are added to the L/RMAIN MIX.22 EFX TO AUX 1This switch routes the signal that is present at AUXRETURN 2 to the AUX 1 output so that the effectscan also be heard in the monitor mix - which provesextraordinarily helpful in practice.23 AUX SEND CONTROLSThese controls adjust the master AUX SEND level (-∞to +15 dB). This makes it possible to boost the AUXsignals by up to 15 dB if necessary.24 LED LEVEL METERThe stereo level meter (12 segments) is used tomonitor the level of the output signal.25 SOLO MODE BUTTON & SOLO LED [25]These buttons are used to toggle between thetwo solo modes PFL (pre-fader listening, buttonnot pressed) and AFL (after-fader listening, buttonpressed).In PFL mode, the signals of the channels that havebeen switched to SOLO are sent pre fader, i.e., thefader position (channel volume) does not influencethe solo signal. In AFL mode, the signals of thechannels that have been switched to SOLO are sentpost fader plus panorama control – which, althoughit is above the channel fader, comes after the fader interms of circuitry.In this mode, the position of the channel fader and thepanorama control also influences the solo signal.Note: The SOLO mode selection (PFL/AFL) does nothave any affect until at least one channel has beenswitched to solo mode.
