Remarks: P. fumigata is a doubtful <strong>species</strong> and might be referred to Evarnella sp., according<br />

to HARTMAN (1959). Following FAUCHALD (1977), Evarnella is a synonym <strong>of</strong> Harmothoe Kinberg,<br />

1856. Therefore <strong>the</strong> occurrence <strong>of</strong> this <strong>species</strong> in <strong>the</strong> Red Sea is questionable.<br />
