In totale sonostati analizzati 86 campioni. Molti dei campioni erano controlli altamente positivi di altri kit di test sugliautoanticorpi INOVA <strong>QUANTA</strong> Lite TM . Le specificità includevano Centromere (4), Actin (4), Sm (9), SS-A(12), RNP (9), Jo-1 (9), SS-B (8), Scl-70 (8), GBM (4), MPO (6), RF (5), Ribo P (4) e M2 (4). Il valore mediodi questi 86 campioni era di 2,40 unità. Tutti i campioni erano negativi al test <strong>QUANTA</strong> Lite TM Celiac DGPScreen. Il valore medio è di otto deviazioni standard al di sotto del valore soglia di 20 unità.Precisione e riproducibilitàLe prestazioni del kit <strong>QUANTA</strong> Lite TM Celiac DGP Screen sono state valutate fra i test analizzando ciascunodei tredici campioni per cinque volte.
