6. MAINTENANCE<br />
Proper maintenance is indispensible for safe, economic and<br />
troublefree operation. It also reduces air pollution.<br />
Improper maintenance or neglecting to correct a fault before<br />
starting the unit may cause operating malfunctions which might<br />
lead to serious injuries or death.<br />
Follow the inspection and maintenance directions of these<br />
operating instructions.<br />
The following pages contain a maintenance plan, routine<br />
inspections and simple maintenance measures with simple tools<br />
to help you with the proper maintenance of your engine. Let<br />
customer service carry out more difficult service tasks or tasks<br />
that require special tools.<br />

however, we cannot warn against all potential dangers<br />
associated with maintenance work. Only you can decide whether<br />
you will carry out a certain activity or not.<br />
