consist of a visit to Amsterdam,
followed by Keukenhof and end
up in Delft. Leiden is all too often
overlooked simply because people
don’t know what a lovely and
versatile city it is. Apart from all its
museums, theatres, terraces, canal
trips and walking tours, it is also an
ideal base for the whole region. In no
time at all you can be at the coast,
in Holland’s Green Heart or the Kaag
and Braassem recreation area where
you can swim, sail, relax and even go
on a cruise!’

much to choose from. How can

Leon: ‘Our job is to tell people all
about the enormous variety of things
to see and do in and around Leiden.
If you would like, we can arrange a
complete programme for you, and
even go with you to visit the different
locations.’
Comfortable accommodation
The big advantage of Leiden’s
compactness is that you can walk
everywhere. That sounds great; but
what about hotel rooms? Yvonne:
‘Leiden has many different hotels,
varying from spacious, luxury
accommodation on the outskirts
of the city to atmospheric family
hotels right in the centre. We have
the capacity to cater for small and
medium-sized conferences, and for
bigger groups, we can use several
hotels together. But that’s not
something conference organisers
need to worry about. We organise
everything for you!’
