INGREDIENTS<br />
• 10 ml rice wine vinegar<br />
• 125 ml TABASCO ®<br />
Mildly Seasoned Drink<br />
• 5 ml soy sauce<br />
• 5 ml fish sauce<br />
• 1 pinch of black pepper<br />
• 1 celery stick<br />
• Dried shiitake mushrooms<br />
GARNISH<br />
• Add 1 celery stick<br />
• Add a handful of shiitake mushrooms<br />
MIX THE RISING SUN<br />
Mix the rice wine vinegar, the soy sauce, the<br />
fish sauce and the black pepper all together.<br />
Pour this into the cocktail glass and fill the<br />
glass until the top with ice cubes. Make<br />
sure that you stir everything well. Add the<br />
TABASCO ® Spicy Tomato Drink.<br />
INGREDIENTS<br />
• 15 ml lemon juice<br />
• 120 ml TABASCO ®<br />
Mildly Seasoned Tomato Drink<br />
• 1 pinch of celery salt<br />
• 1 pinch of black pepper<br />
• 1 celery stick<br />
GARNISH<br />
• Add a slice of lemon<br />
• Add 1 celery stick<br />
• Salt to rim glasses (celery salt)<br />
MIX THE RED SNAPPER<br />
Fill a highball salt-rimmed glass with ice.<br />
Blend ingredients in a blender, then strain<br />
into glasses to remove solids. Stir with celery<br />
stick. Garnish with lemon.
