Bióloga (UFRJ), pós-graduada em Planejamento e Gerenciamento Ambiental
(UERJ), mestre em Ciência da Informação (UFRJ). Especialista em Informação, Comunicação
e Educação Ambiental, com experiência em empresas, academia e sociedade
civil organizada. Atua, há 20 anos, na área socioambiental, foi secretária
executiva da Rede Brasileira de Educação Ambiental (Rebea) e integrou a equipe
do Departamento de Educação Ambiental do Ministério do Meio Ambiente. Na
Cidade de Goiás (GO), atua na interface Patrimônio Cultural – Patrimônio Natural,
defendendo a proteção do Cerrado por meio da preservação dos fazeres e saberes
das populações tradicionais, assim como no suporte técnico a grupos de cultura
popular e na mobilização comunitária para participação e controle social.
She is a biologist (UFRG), post-graduated in Envoronmental Management and Planning
(UERJ) and has a maters degree in Informational Sciences (UFRJ). She is a specialist in Information,
Communication and Environmental Education and experienced professional in
companies, academics and organized civil society. For more than 20 years she has worked
in the social environmental field, involving experience as executive secretary of the Brazilian
Environmental Education Network (Rebea). She was also part of the Environmental
Education Department crew for the Ministry of Environment. In the city of Goiás (GO) she
works on the Cultural Patrimony – National Patrimony interface, defending the protection
of the Cerrado by preserving the habits and knowledge of traditional populations, as well
as in the technical support to groups of popular culture, along with the communitarian
mobilization for participation and social control.
