É professor do curso de Comunicação Social na Universidade Federal de Goiás
(UFG). Pesquisador, curador e crítico, possui mestrado em Comunicação pela
UFG, com ênfase em Cinema e Imagem. Na área de Estética e Filosofia da Arte
(UFMG), desenvolve, desde 2010, tese de doutorado sobre o cineasta brasileiro
Glauber Rocha. Ministrante de cursos e oficinas em eventos que abordam o estético
e a imagem, foi curador das mostras de filmes goianos (Mostra Goiás) da
Goiânia Mostra Curtas (de 2009 a 2011). Organizou a Mostra Cinema Feito em
Goiás (2010) e a Mostra Pasolini (2011), ambas no Cine UFG. Atuou como júri de
seleção e de premiação do Festcine Goiânia, em 2010 e 2011. É autor de estudos
e críticas publicados em diferentes veículos de comunicação.
He is a professor in the Social Communication Graduation Course at the Federal University
of Goiás (UFG). He is a researcher, curator and critic with a master’s degree in communication
by UFG, emphasizing Cinema and Image. In the field of Aesthetics and Art Philisophy
(UFMG) he has been developing his doctorate thesis sice 2010, focusing on the Brazilian
moviemaker Glauber Rocha. He is a lecturer of training courses and workshops in events
that focus on aesthetics and image. He was the curator of shows in Goiânia such as Mostra
Goiás and Goiânia Mostra Curtas (2009 to 2011). He organized the Mostra Cinema Feito
em Goiás (2010) and Mostra Pasolini (2011), both at Cine UFG. He took part in the selection
jury and movie awards committee of Festcine Goiânia in 2010 and 2011. He is the
author of several studies and critics published in different communication Medias.
