Paulo e outra em Jaraguá do Sul (SC), sentiu<br />
a necessidade de ampliar a produção. O aumento<br />
de gastos com o consumo de energia foi<br />
uma preocupação inicial.<br />
O gerente industrial da empresa, José Roberto<br />
Mateus, conta que a unidade da Novacki<br />
<strong>Papel</strong> e Embalagens S.A, que fabrica papel<br />
na cidade paranaense, começou a operar há<br />
um mês com o iTable. “A promessa era de um<br />
ganho de aproximadamente 5% na produção.<br />
Isso foi colocado em contrato, como garantia.<br />
Para nossa surpresa está indo além”, comemora<br />
Mateus. “O principal detalhe está nas instalações<br />
do controle de vácuo, que agora é feito<br />
automaticamente. No sistema antigo o operador<br />
fazia manualmente, sem ter a sensibilidade<br />
necessária para os ajustes”, explica.<br />
Com apenas um mês operando o iTable,<br />
a empresa elevou aproximadamente 10% da<br />
produção sem aumentar o consumo de energia.<br />

was an initial concern.<br />
José Roberto Mateus, Industrial Manager, for Novacki,<br />
says the plant that makes paper in União da Vitória<br />
began operating with the iTable system over a month<br />
ago. “We installed the system on a machine about<br />
month ago. The forecast was for a gain of about 5%<br />
in production, and guaranteed in the sales contract.<br />
To our surprise the gains far exceeded this,” celebrates<br />
Mateus. “The main detail is in the installation of the<br />
vacuum control, which is now carried out automatically.<br />
In the old system, the operator performed this<br />
manually, without having the necessary sensitivity to<br />
the adjustments,” he explains.<br />
