3R’S<br />
Para evitar <strong>de</strong>sperdícios e controlar<br />
a geração <strong>de</strong> resíduos, a C.Vale utiliza<br />
o programa 3R’s (Reduzir, Reutilizar e<br />
Reciclar). Uma central <strong>de</strong> reciclagem<br />
no abatedouro <strong>de</strong> frangos permite<br />
a separação <strong>de</strong> plástico e papelão.<br />
Com esses cuidados, menos <strong>de</strong> 1%<br />
das matérias-primas <strong>de</strong>scartadas são<br />
enviadas a aterros ou a tratamento<br />
especializado.<br />
In or<strong>de</strong>r to prevent waste and to<br />
control generation of residues, C.Vale<br />
uses the 3Rs program. (Reduce, Reuse<br />
and Recycle). A recycling center at<br />
the chicken slaughter house allows<br />
separating plastic and carton. With<br />
such care, less than 1% of disposed<br />
raw materials are sent to banking or<br />
specialized treatment.<br />
