MD - BOPI 4/2009 INVENTIONS (71)(72) GOYTEMIROV Ramzan Usmanovich, AZ (74) ANDRIEŞ Ludmila (54) Propulsor (57) Invenţia se referă la industria constructoare de maşini, în special la mecanismele de acţionare a propulsoarelor. Propulsorul conţine o jantă cu posibilitate de rotire, cu un motor cu, cel puţin, un piston instalat în interiorul jantei cu posibilitate de mişcare rectilinie alternativă în direcţie radială, în raport cu axa de rotaţie a jantei şi un mecanism de transformare a mişcării pistonului în mişcare de rotaţie a jantei, care include o bielă îmbinată articulat cu fiecare piston şi cu o rolă de presare la alt capăt, amplasată în calea de rulare cu o configuraţie simetrică în raport cu axa de rotaţie a jantei, executate pe un disc de sincronizare cu posibilitatea rotaţiei concentrice pe axa de rotaţie a jantei. Mecanismul de transformare a mişcării pistonului în mişcare de rotaţie a jantei este echipat cu axe de conducere excentrice, instalate pe fiecare bielă cu posibilitatea oscilării şi interacţiunii cu canelurile executate înclinat în raport cu linia radială de la centrul de rotaţie a jantei pe blocul cu cilindri sau pe leviere, sau pe discurile turnante instalate pe acesta, şi simultan cu canelurile radiale executate pe un balansier instalat pe centrul de rotaţie a jantei pe blocul cu cilindri şi cu, cel puţin, un cuplaj unilateral instalat pe balansier cu posibilitatea interacţiunii cu janta. The propulsion device comprises a rim, with the possibility of rotation, an engine with at least a piston, placed inside the rim with the possibility of reciprocating movement in the direction radial to the axis of rotation of the rim, and a mechanism for transmission of the piston’s movement into a rotating movement of the rim, including a connecting rod, joined with each piston by means of a hinge, with a pressure roller on the other end, arranged in raceway, having oval or any other configuration symmetric about the axis of rotation of the rim form, made on a synchronizing disk installed with the possibility of rotation of the rim. The mechanism for piston movement transmission into a rotating movement of the rim is equipped with eccentric driving axes, mounted on each connecting rod with the possibility of swinging and interaction with the grooves, made aslant towards the radial from the center of rotation of the rim line on the block of cylinders or on the levers or turn disks, mounted on it and simultaneously with radial grooves, made on a swing lever, mounted on the center of rotation of the rim on the block of cylinders and with at least one overrunning clutch mounted on the swing lever with the possibility of interaction with the rim. Движитель содержит вращающийся обод, с двигателем, по меньшей мере, с одним поршнем, установленным с внутренней стороны обода, с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещения в радиальном от оси вращения обода направлении, и механизмом для преобразования перемещения поршня во вращательное движение обода, включающим шарнирно связанный с каждым поршнем шатун с нажимным роликом на другом конце, расположенном в беговой дорожке с овальной или другой симметричной относительно оси вращения обода конфигурации, выполненной на синхронизирующем диске, установленном с возможностью вращения обода. Механизм для преобразования перемещения поршня во вращательное движение обода снабжен эксцентриковыми поводковыми осями, установленными на каждом шатуне с возможностью качения и взаимодействия с пазами, выполненными наклонно по отношению к радиальной от центра вращения обода линии на блоке цилиндров, или на установленных на нем рычагах, или поворотных дисках, и одновременно с радиальными пазами, выполненными на качалке, установленной по центру вращения обода на блоке цилиндров, по меньшей мере, с одной обгонной муфтой, установленной на качалке с возможностью взаимодействия с ободом. INVENŢII MD - BOPI 4/2009 FF4A Brevete de invenţie acordate / Granted patents for invention / Предоставленные патенты на изобретения O rice persoană interesată are dreptul să ceară revocarea în tot sau în parte a hotărârii de acordare a brevetului în termen de 6 luni de la data publicării menţiunii privind acordarea brevetului. Opoziţia se face în scris şi motivat la AGEPI, în baza motivelor prevăzute de art. 57 alin. (2) din Legea privind protecţia invenţiilor nr. 50-XVI din 07.03.2008. A ny person is in right to request a full or partial revocation of any decision to grant a patent within 6 months as from the date of publication of the mention of granting the patent. The opposition shall be reasoned and filed in writing with AGEPI according to the provisions of Art. 57(2) of the Law on the Protection of Inventions No. 50-XVI of 07.03.2008. Л юбое лицо вправе подать в AGEPI мотивированное возражение о полном или частичном аннулировании решения о предоставлении патента в течение 6 месяцев с даты публикации сведений о предоставлении патента. Возражение подается в письменной форме на основании мотивов, предусмотренных в части (2) ст. 57 Закона № 50-XVI от 07.03.2008 об охране изобретений. 19
