n conformitate cu Legea nr. 38-XVI din 2008.02.29 privind protecţia mărcilor, cererea de
înregistrare a mărcii se depune la AGEPI de către solicitant, personal sau prin intermediul unui
reprezentant. O cerere trebuie să se refere la o singură marcă şi trebuie să conţină documentele
prevăzute în art. 30 din Lege.
Orice persoană este îndreptăţită, în termen de 3 luni de la data publicării datelor cu privire la cererea
examinată, să depună o contestaţie împotriva înregistrării mărcii.
I
n accordance with the Law No. 38-XVI of 2008.02.29 on the Protection of Trademarks an
application for registration of a trademark shall be filed with the AGEPI by the applicant in person or
through a representative. The application shall concern only one trademark and shall contain the
documents provided in the Art. 30 of the Law.
Any person may oppose a registration of a trademark within the three months that follow the date of
publishing the data concerning the examined application.

Cerere examinată - cerere de înregistrare a mărcii a cărei procedură de examinare de fond a fost realizată
până la data de 2008.09.05, în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 588-XIII din 22 septembrie 1995 privind
mărcile şi denumirile de origine a produselor.

Examined application – the application for registration of a trademark the examination procedure of which was
carried out before 2008.09.05, according to the provisions of the Law No. 588-XIII of September 22, 1995 on
Trademarks and Appellations of Origin.
