Maria-MagdalenaJianuÎntotdeauna şi în orice ţară, momentulalegerilor a ţinut în tensiune trei mari categoriide cetăţeni: candidaţii, publicul (o parte) şilingviştii. Despre motivul intenselor trăiri aleprimilor nu pomenim nimic în lucrareanoastră, deoarece lectorul are suficientraţionament să şi le explice singur; deasemenea, destul de puţine cuvinte despre adoua categorie, care fie trăieşte disperarea căva fi şi mai rău, fie nefericirea că va fi la felde rău. Pentru lingvişti însă, momentul esteeficient în stabilirea de reflecţii asupracadrului teoretic şi practic în care se înscrieanaliza sloganului politic din campaniaalegerilor locale din 2008, şi , de aici, înidentificarea soluţiilor de corecţie pentru adoua secţiune care va fi în atenţia noastră, aalegerilor parlamentare, pe care le aşteptăm.Ne-am fundamentat materialul pe fapte delimbă recente, care constituie, aşa cum amanticipat, textele sloganurilor( pentruspecificul discursului omului politic, vomrealiza un studiu separat), pe care le-amselectat de pe panourile electorale, de pe afişe,din diferite zone ale ţării, de pe blogurilecandidaţilor, precum şi de pe siteurile marilorpartide din România. După investigarea apeste o sută de asemenea mostre, putemspune, anticipativ, că s-a utilizat un ansamblurelativ restrâns şi identic de mijloacelingvistice, cu efecte mai mult sau mai puţindiferite, aceste relativităţi fiind generate deproporţia textelor şi de specificul distribuţieilor zonale. Este însă evidentă, ca întotdeauna,încercarea de utilizare a strategiilor demanipulare populistă a electorilor, mizându-sepe sublinierea propriei credibilităţi şi pePhD Professor Maria-MagdalenaJianuAlways and in any country, theelection moment hold pressure on three maincategories of citizens: the candidates, thepublic (a part of it) and the linguists. Still for the linguistics thisis an efficient moment for settling reflectionson the theoretical and practical frame for theanalysis of the political slogans in thecampaign of the local elections from, and ,starting from here to identify correctionsolutions for the second section that will bethe center of our attention, of theparliamentary elections, that we are waitingfor. We based the hereby material on recentlanguage facts that constitutes, as we haveanticipated, the texts of the slogans ( wewill make a separate study for the specific ofthe political speech), that we have selectedfrom the elective posters, flyers, from thedifferent areas of the country, from thecandidates’ blogs, as well as from the sitesof the important Romanian parties. Afterinvestigating over one hundred suchsamples, we can say that it was used arelatively narrow and identical assembly oflinguistics means with less or more differenteffects, these relativities are generated by theproportion of the texts and by the specific ontheir regional distribution.
