The International Baccalaureate Diploma
Programme is a comprehensive and challenging
pre-university course taught in
English. Students study six courses including
both the sciences and the humanities. This
curriculum has stood the test of time for
over half a million students in 130 countries
since 1968 and is considered one of the
best pre-university educations in the world.
IB Diploma graduates are welcomed by the
world’s leading universities, including Swedish
universities.
Philosophy
Our mission is to offer the best possible
education to each individual student and
to challenge students to be academically
committed and take responsibility
for their own studies. We aim to make
our students ready to research a topic,
express their opinion, debate real-world
issues from an international perspective
and ask challenging questions.
Since we know that the students of today
are the global citizens of tomorrow, we
are a certified United Nations school and
a part of the Next India and Next China
projects.

Standards
Our teachers are qualified and experienced
DP educators. They take part in the
wide range of professional development
activities offered by the International Baccalaureate
Organization (IBO).
To ensure global standards students’
work and the Final Exams are externally
assessed by an international board of
examiners. The fact that the teachers do
not set the grades creates an open and
friendly atmosphere.
The progress of the students is monitored
four times a year. In order to identify the
strengths and areas for improvement of
the school students take part in a programme
evaluation.
Life in the 21st century, in an interconnected,
globalized world, requires criticalthinking
skills and a sense of internationalmindedness,
something that DP students
learn to know and understand.
