“We will make <strong>Turkey</strong> fit”<br />
CEO of Mars Sportif Bahar Uçanlar held a press conference at the first MAC<br />
Club in the Asian Side of İstanbul, which was opened in Emaar AVM, Üsküdar,<br />
a short time ago. CEO of Mars Sportif Bahar Uçanlar, stating that they want<br />
to achieve the goal of 90 clubs by the end of 2018, told about their goals and<br />
investments at the conference at MAC Emaar AVM.<br />
‘’Türkiye’yi fit hale<br />
getireceğiz’’<br />
Saying that the spor concept of society is also changing<br />
with the Y generation, CEO of Mars Sportif Bahar<br />
Uçanlar added that “The sports movement is growing<br />
with fitness in <strong>Turkey</strong>, and we are endeavoring to make<br />
<strong>Turkey</strong> more fit as the biggest fitness chain of the<br />
country.” Mars Sportif, the biggest gym chain of <strong>Turkey</strong>,<br />
has carried out its business with MAC and MACFit<br />
brands for more than 10 years. Having more than two<br />
hundred thousand members in 11 cities of <strong>Turkey</strong> do<br />
sports with 6 MAC and 73 MACFit clubs, Mars Sportif’s<br />
goal is five hundred thousand members in 2019.<br />
Uçanlar said “Right now, with our 6 MAC and 73 MACFit<br />
clubs, we are serving in İstanbul as well as Ankara,<br />
İzmir, Bursa, Eskişehir, Muğla, Adana, Kocaeli, Antalya<br />
and Sakarya. This week we completed the opening of our<br />
first club in Mersin. In August, we will also open a club<br />
in Samsun. Our goal is to achieve 90 clubs by the end of<br />
2018. The number of gym members is around 2 million<br />
in <strong>Turkey</strong>. 200 thousand of them is members of our club.<br />
. . In the gym market, there is not another brand which<br />
can invest and open clubs everywhere as much as Mars<br />
Sportif does.”<br />

salonu zinciri Mars Sportif, 10 yılı aşkın süredir MAC ve<br />
MACFit markalarıyla iki farklı konseptte çalışmalarını<br />
sürdürüyor. 6 adet MAC ve 73 adet MACFit kulübüyle<br />
Türkiye’nin 11 ilinde 200 binden fazla üyeye spor yaptıran<br />
Mars Sportif’in hedefi 2019’da 500 bin üye.<br />

İstanbul’un yanı sıra Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, Eskişehir,<br />

veriyoruz. Mersin’de ilk kulübümüzün açılışını bu hafta<br />
gerçekleştirdik. Ağustos ayında da Samsun’da kulüp<br />

ulaşmak. Türkiye’de spor salonlarına üye sayısı 2 milyon<br />
civarında. Bu sayının 200 bini kulübümüze üye… Spor<br />
salonu pazarında Mars Sportif kadar yatırım yapabilecek<br />
ve her yere kulüp açabilecek başka bir marka<br />
bulunmuyor’’ dedi.
