We also believe that it has a huge potential and it
is really a great virgin area. Although not all of the
roofs in Turkey, an important part, has a favourable
structure in terms of solar energy for sure.
We believe that regulations will be arranged in a positive
way especially for industrial roofs to meet the
electricity needs. Of course, with this change, the
sector will also gain the vitality it needs.
Do you have GES projects that you invest in?
We have three GES projects in Isparta, Düzce and
Mersin that produce electricity. In 2018, we have
focused on our ongoing projects in Macedonia, Iran
and Israel. The planned capacity of our GES project
in Iran will have an installed capacity of 7 MW. Ukraine,
South Africa and Montenegro are among the
other markets we continue to work on investment
and project basis as well.
How many MW installed capacity did you reach in
2018? Can you share your important references
with us?
The total installed capacity of Schmid Pekintaş at
its plant reached 120 MW. We used 90 MW of this
figure by actual production only. In fact, we completed
32 MW of this capacity in a single location in
our project in Şanlıurfa. In 2018, we have realized
our production on a 7/24 basis. We have invested to
increase the capacity due to the demand. Our new
production line was commissioned in 2018 and we
serve our customers faster accordingly. With our
new production line, we use our export potential
and produce products for higher-level technological
projects and we sell products with high efficiencies.

There are design and production oriented projects
are at the point of solving problems in the sector.
Özellikle endüstriyel çatıların, elektrik ihtiyacını
karşılaması amacı ile yönetmeliklerin pozitif
yönde düzenleneceğini düşünüyoruz. Elbette
bu değişim ile birlikte, sektör de ihtiyacı olan
canlılığı kazanacak.
Sizin yatırımcılığını üstlendiğiniz GES projeleri
var mı?
Isparta’da, Düzce’de ve Mersin’de yer alan ve
elektrik üretimi yapan üç adet GES projemiz
bulunuyor. 2018 yılında ise Makedonya, İran ve
İsrail’de devam eden projelerimiz üzerine yoğunlaştık.
İran’daki GES projemizin planlanan
kapasitesi 7 MW kurulu güce sahip olacaktır.
Yatırım ve proje amaçlı çalışmaya devam ettiğimiz
diğer pazarlar arasında ise; Ukrayna, Güney
Afrika ve Karadağ yer alıyor.

Schmid Pekintaş’ın fabrikasındaki toplam kurulu
gücü 120 MW’a ulaştı. Bu rakamın 90 MW’ını
fiilen üretim yapmak suretiyle kullandık. Hatta
Şanlıurfa’da gerçekleştirdiğimiz projemizde bu
kapasitenin 32 MW’ını tek lokasyonda doldurduk.
2018 yılında da 7/24 esasına göre üretim
gerçekleştirdik. Gelen talepten dolayı kapasite
arttırmak için yatırım gerçekleştirdik. Yeni
üretim hattımız 2018 yılında devreye girdi ve
müşterilerimize daha hızlı şekilde hizmet veriyoruz.
Yeni üretim hattımız ile ihracat potansiyelimizi
de kullanıp daha üst düzey teknolojik
projelere ürün üretip, yüksek verimliliğe sahip
ürünler satıyoruz.
