Export Restriction in Medical, Cosmetic and
Chemical Substances Removed

Adil Pelister, Chairman of Istanbul Chemicals and
Products Exporters’ Association (IKMIB), made a
written assessment regarding the abolition of the
products whose export was registered, forbidden to
be exported and subject to prior authorization with
the amendment published in the Official Gazette
dated May 2, 2020.
In his statement, Pelister said: Some of products such as
“Ethyl Alcohol”, “Cologne”, “Disinfectant”, “Alcohol Wet
Wipes” and “Hydrogen Peroxide” included in the scope
of “Goods Issued for Registration” with the communiqué
published in the Official Gazette on March 18, 2020, were
removed from the list in question, and the regulation
of the export of these products was terminated as of
today. In addition, products of “Ventilator, Ecmo, Oxygen
Concentrator, Ventilation Consumables and Accessories,
Patient circuits (Anesthesia / Ventilator circuit), IV
Cannula, Intubation Tubes, Intensive Care Monitors”,
which had been included in the scope of “Goods to be
Exported with Pre-Permission” with the communiqué
published in the Official Gazette on March 26, 2020,”
have also been removed from the list as of today and
the regulation of binding the exports of these products
with the pre-permission of Turkish Medicines and Medical
Devices Agency has been terminated.
İstanbul Kimyevi Maddeler ve Mamulleri İhracatçıları
Birliği (İKMİB) Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Adil Pelister,
ihracı kayda bağlı, ihracı yasak ve ön izne bağlı olan
ürünlerin 2 Mayıs 2020 tarihli Resmi Gazete’de
yayınlanan Tebliğ değişikliği ile yürürlükten
kaldırılmasına ilişkin yazılı bir değerlendirme yaptı.
Pelister açıklamasında şunları kaydetti: “18 Mart 2020
tarihinde Resmi Gazete’de yayınlanan tebliğ ile “İhracı
Kayda Bağlanan Mallar” kapsamına alınan “Etil Alkol”,
“Kolonya”, “Dezenfektan”, “Alkollü Islak Mendil” ve
“Hidrojen Peroksit” bugün itibariyle ürünleri bahse konu
listeden çıkartılarak, bu ürünlerin ihracatının kayıt altına
alınması düzenlemesine son verildi. Ayrıca, 26 Mart 2020
tarihinde Resmi Gazete’de yayınlanan tebliğ ile “İhracı
Ön İzne Bağlanan Mallar” kapsamına alınan “Ventilatör,
Ecmo, Oksijen Konsantratörü, Ventilasyon Sarfları
ve Aksesuarları, Hasta devreleri (Anestezi/Ventilator
devresi), IV Kanül, Entübasyon Tüpleri, Yoğun Bakım
Monitörleri” ürünleri de bugün itibariyle bahse konu
listeden çıkartılarak, bu ürünlerin ihracatının Türkiye
İlaç ve Tıbbi Cihaz Kurumu’nun ön iznine bağlanması
düzenlemesine son verildi.
