women hairdressers. We export to 86 countries in 5 continents,
especially our Redist, Redone and AC CLASS brands, and
meet the needs of our customers. By producing styling and
care products in different hair and skin structures for men and
women, we continue our production with an ever-evolving and
changing understanding. This is one of the most important
reasons why our brands are in different categories. For example,
it is always the easiest to produce a single product when it
comes to male and female skin or hair structure, but the yield
from the product will decrease. As a result of long
laboratory researches, we strive to provide
our customers with maximum efficiency
by designing different products for
almost every skin and hair type.
How has the recent Covid-19
outbreak affected you? Have you
experienced problems with your
export activities or raw material
supply?
Unfortunately, the Covid-19 outbreak
affected our country and our people in a
negative way. This is undeniable. In this process,
we reduced the production of our care and styling
products and focused more on our cologne and
disinfecting products. We have donated our
products to some institutions and organizations,
being aware of our responsibility in the export
restriction, which was applied considering the
needs of our country. With the removal of the
export restriction, our shipments continue
rapidly in line with the needs of the world,
especially in our own country.
As you know during this period, the subject of
hygiene has also come to the fore and packaging has
been on the agenda for all products. Did you carry out a
different study on the type or supply of packaging?
As a company operating as a manufacturer, it is already among
our responsibilities to follow the hygiene rules permanently.
Of course, we had to take some additional measures in this
process. In order to ensure the health of our staff and products,
all kinds of materials accepted to our facility are disinfected and
come inside.
How did the hairdressers close for a certain period affect
your activities?
As our market generally consists of hairdressers, there was
a recession as it was. However, when there is an outbreak in
question, stagnation is not more important than our health.
Our country manages the process very well, and as you know,
our people are slowly starting to return to normal. In this
process, the health of our nation is more important than our
sales activities, we can say that it is not a situation that we
cannot overcome the stagnation in this process.
Bayanlar ve erkekler için farklı saç ve cilt yapılarında
şekillendirici ve bakım ürünleri üreterek; her zaman gelişen ve
değişen bir anlayışla üretimimizi sürdürmeye devam ediyoruz.
Markalarımızın birbirinden farklı kategorilerde olmasının en
önemli sebeplerinden birisi de budur. Örnek vermek gerekirse
bayan ve erkek cildi ve ya saç yapısı söz konusu olduğunda
tek bir ürün üretmek her zaman en kolayıdır ama üründen
alacağınız verim düşecektir. Biz uzun laboratuvar araştırmaları
sonucunda neredeyse her cilt ve saç tipine göre farklı ürünler
tasarlayarak tüketicimize maksimum verimi kazandırmayı
çabalıyoruz.
Son dönemlerde yaşanan Covid-19 salgını sizi
ne şekilde etkiledi? İhracat faaliyetleriniz ya da
hammadde temini ile ilgili sıkıntılar yaşadınız
mı?
Maalesef Covid-19 salgını ülkemizi ve insanlarımızı
olumsuz bir yönde etkiledi bu inkar edilemez.
Bu süreçte bakım ve şekillendirici ürünlerimizin
üretimini azaltarak daha çok kolonya ve dezenfekte
edici ürünlerimize yoğunluk verdik. Ülkemizin
ihtiyaçları gözetilerek uygulanmış olan ihracat
kısıtlamasında biz de üzerimize düşen
sorumluluğun farkında olarak
bazı kurum ve kuruluşlara
ürünlerimizi bağışladık. İhracat
kısıtlamasının kaldırılmasıyla,
başta kendi ülkemiz olmak
üzere tüm dünyaya ihtiyaçlar
doğrultusunda sevkiyatlarımız
hızla devam etmektedir.
Bu dönemde bildiğiniz üzere
hijyen konusu da oldukça öne
çıktı ve ambalajlama konusu tüm
ürünler için gündeme oturdu. Siz
ambalaj çeşidi veya tedariki konusunda
farklı bir çalışma gerçekleştirdiniz mi?
Üretici olarak faaliyet gösteren bir firma olarak hijyen kurallarına
daimi olarak riayet etmek zaten sorumluluklarımız arasındadır.
Elbette bu süreçte bazı ek önlemler almak durumundaydık.
Personellerimizin ve ürünlerimizin sağlıklı olması açısından
tesisimize kabul edilen her türlü malzeme dezenfekte edilerek
içeriye girmektedir.
Kuaförlerin belirli bir süreyle kapatılması, faaliyetlerinizi ne
şekilde etkiledi?
Bizim pazarımız genel olarak kuaförlerden oluştuğu için haliyle
bir durgunluk yaşandı. Ancak söz konusu bir salgın varken
durgunluk sağlığımızdan daha önemli değil. Ülkemiz süreci
çok dengeli yönetiyor, insanlarımız duyarlı bildiğiniz gibi yavaş
yavaş iş yerleri de normale dönmeye başladı. Bu süreçte bizim
satış faaliyetlerimizden çok milletimizin sağlığı önemlidir,
yaşadığımız bu süreçteki durgunluk altından kalkamayacağımız
bir durum değil diyebiliriz.
