products with the pre-permission of Turkish Medicines and
Medical Devices Agency has been terminated.
Thus, the permission for the products in question, which are
allowed to be exported under the condition of preliminary
permit in export, was abolished and our export was opened.
In these difficult days caused by the pandemic we are passing
through, as IKMIB, we first acted by saying that human health
and the needs of our country. Our manufacturer and exporter
companies worked primarily with a big data to meet the needs
of our country and continue to work. On the other hand, we did
not stop our exports despite all the negativities. In this process,
we have expressed at every opportunity that our exports should
continue without disruption after the needs of our country. The
results of our efforts on all possible platforms together with our
sector representatives are a very pleasing news and a positive
sign for us. We expect that exports of masks and overalls, the
export of which was recently made on March 4, will be excluded
from the scope of the ban. Our Ministry of Commerce, Ministry
of Health, Turkey Pharmaceuticals and Turkish Medicines
and Medical Devices Agency (TITCK) and thank our Sector
Representative NGOs for the support that clears the way for our
exporters. I hope it will be beneficial to our industry, especially
our country.”

Böylelikle ihracatta ön izin şartı ile ihracatına izin verilen söz
konusu ürünler için artık izin alınması yürürlükten kaldırılarak
ihracatımızın önü açıldı. İçinden geçmekte olduğumuz
pandeminin sebep olduğu bu zor günlerde İKMİB olarak
önce insan sağlığı ve ülkemizin ihtiyaçları diyerek hareket
ettik. Üretici ve ihracatçı firmalarımız öncelikle ülkemizin
ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere büyük bir öz veri ile çalıştılar ve
çalışmaya devam ediyorlar.
Diğer yandan tüm olumsuzluklara rağmen ihracatımızı
durdurmadık. Bu süreçte ülkemizin ihtiyaçları sonrasında
ihracatımızın da aksamadan devam etmesi gerektiğini her
fırsatta dile getirdik. Sektör temsilcilerimiz ile beraber mümkün
olan tüm platformda yaptığımız girişimlerin sonuç vermesi
bizler için son derece sevindirici bir haber ve olumlu bir
sürece girildiğinin işaretidir. Yakın zamanda 4 Mart tarihinde
ihracı ön izne bağlanan maske ve tulum ihracatının da yasak
kapsamından çıkarılmasını bekliyoruz.
Ticaret Bakanlığımız, Sağlık Bakanlığı Türkiye İlaç ve Tıbbi
Cihaz Kurumu (TİTCK) ve Sektör Temsilcisi STK’larımıza
ihracatçılarımızın önünü açan destekleri için teşekkür ederiz.
