Bourbon Maple
做 法 簡 易 , 味 道 大 眾 化 的 雞 尾 酒 , 在 派 對 中 一 定 少 不 了 。
Ingredients:
1 oz Jack Daniels Whisky
0.5 oz JD Tennessee Honey Liqueur
0.5 oz Galliano
0.5 oz Red Vermouth
0.5 oz White Vermouth
Preparation:
1. Shake.
2. Strain into short rocks glass over one big ice
cube.
3. Garnish with skewer of 3 drunken cherries.
材 料 :
1 安 士 Jack Daniels 威 士 忌
0.5 安 士 JD Tennessee Honey Liqueur
0.5 安 士 Galliano
0.5 安 士 Red Vermouth
0.5 安 士 White Vermouth
作 法 :
1. 搖 勻 。
2. 過 濾 至 放 有 大 冰 塊 的 短 杯 (rocks glass)
中 。
3. 以 酒 浸 車 厘 子 串 點 綴 。

Ingredients:
2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
0.5 oz Maple syrup
0.5 oz Lemon mix
2 oz Cranberry juice
Preparation:
1. Shake and strain all ingredients into frosted
Martini glass.
2. 3 floating frozen cranberries for garnish.

2 安 士 小 紅 莓 汁
作 法 :
1. 把 所 有 材 料 搖 勻 , 倒 入 預 先 以 鹽 圍 邊
的 馬 丁 尼 杯 中 。
2. 以 3 粒 冰 小 紅 莓 點 綴 。
